Choose your settings, inspect the preview and keep the original.
SSC takes the application photo live. A resized existing photo is not a substitute. For another exam, read its own notice.

What to check
- File size
- Signature: 10–20 KB; preset targets 15 KB
- Dimensions
- Signature: approximately 6 × 2 cm
- Format
- JPEG / JPG
Actual size and quality depend on your image. Settings do not certify acceptance by another service.
How to use this guidance
- 01
Choose your original
Select an image and keep a copy. Animated GIF input produces a still image.
- 02
Set a maximum and dimensions
Enter the destination’s requirements. Custom dimensions remain fixed even when a very small cap cannot be reached.
- 03
Inspect the output
Check actual bytes, pixels and readability. A preset does not guarantee third-party acceptance.
The current notice separates live photo capture from the uploaded signature. The tool prepares the signature only. At our 300-DPI conversion setting, 6 × 2 cm is approximately 709 × 236 px; this pixel conversion is not a pixel requirement stated by SSC.
Inspect the full signature after cropping. Check both the minimum and maximum file size, and follow SSC’s own feedback. File dimensions alone do not establish acceptance.
Common questions
Does a target guarantee an exact file size?
No. The target is a requested maximum. Inspect the actual bytes, dimensions and visual quality; a very small target can remain unmet.
Will compression keep every detail?
JPEG and WebP can lose detail. PNG uses lossless encoding, but resizing changes pixels. Keep your original and compare the preview.
Does this tool set print DPI metadata?
DPI converts centimeters or inches to pixels. This browser export does not write your chosen print-DPI tag. Check pixel dimensions and use print software for physical print settings.
