Turn images into a document you can review
This tool places one image on each PDF page in the order shown. Use it to prepare a set of photographs, scanned pages or illustrations when the receiving service accepts a PDF. Reorder or remove images before creating the document. Keep originals so you can revise the order or produce a higher-quality version later.
- Select supported images, then check every thumbnail and filename.
- Drag the cards, or use the arrow and Remove buttons to arrange the pages.
- Choose A4 or US Letter, the orientation and a margin between 0 and 50 mm.
- Select image quality and choose Convert to PDF. Browse all page previews, then download and reopen the saved document.
Automatic orientation chooses a portrait or landscape sheet for each source image. A fixed orientation uses the same sheet shape throughout. Images retain their proportions and fit inside the margin, with unused space filled white. Transparent areas become white too. No part of the image is intentionally cropped to fill the page.
Balance document size and readability
The quality presets limit image resolution and JPEG encoding quality. Balanced keeps the longest image edge at up to 1,600 pixels, Higher quality at up to 2,400, and Smaller file at up to 1,200. Smaller sources are not enlarged during image encoding. Higher quality preserves more detail at the cost of a larger file. Compact output may be adequate for a simple illustration but make fine writing difficult to read. Check the generated preview and the saved PDF at a useful zoom. The preview is scaled for the screen; it is not a statement of print resolution.
Photographed or scanned writing remains image content. The tool does not run OCR or create selectable text. Animated inputs become still images, and a PDF made here does not certify a document’s authenticity. If a destination requires original scans, a particular page size or a strict upload limit, check those instructions first. The PDF size reducer can check another reduction attempt after export, but cannot guarantee a target size.
Privacy and limits
Selected files are read and processed locally in your browser. They are not sent to our servers by these tools. The workspace is temporary; refreshing, closing the tab or clearing files removes the current work. Website delivery and optional analytics are separate and explained in the Privacy Policy. Download anything you want to keep before changing a privacy choice that reloads the page.
Common questions
Can I change the order before creating the PDF?
Yes. Use Move up, Move down and Remove beside each image. The PDF contains one image per page in the displayed order.
Will the image be cropped to fit the page?
No. Each image is fitted inside the printable area while preserving its proportions. Any unused area is white. Transparent image areas are also filled white.
Will photographed text become searchable?
No. These PDF pages contain images, not OCR text. Choose a quality setting that keeps writing readable and inspect the final page previews.
